Belinda is passionate about inspiring people to feel their very best and helping them to make small and practical changes on their health journey. Her message is one of moderation and positivity and is all about meeting people where they are at and motivating them while encouraging them to appreciate that even small changes can lead to big outcomes. Belinda speaks in a way that is exciting, inspiring and practical and is able to facilitate a real change in people’s outlook and lifestyle.
Belinda is available for speaking, presenting and writing engagements on health and dietary topics including opinion on current research and news stories, hormonal health, pre-conception and pregnancy, nutrition, immunity, energy and mental performance, breastfeeding and introducing solids to babies.
