About Belinda

Belinda Kirkpatrick is an expert nutritionist and naturopath in Sydney with over 15 years clinical experience. Belinda offers private consultations and while she specialises in the health of women and children, she is experienced in all areas of general practice. Belinda aims to give practical evidence-based advice to help her all clients to feel their very best.


This year, Belinda published her first book, Healthy Hormones, with Ainsley Johnstone, which features expert naturopathic advice, 50 recipes plus tips on fertility and nutrition. Belinda is also the creator of the period tracking and women’s health Seed App for iPhone.


Belinda is on the expert panel of Women’s Fitness and is available for media, talks, workshops, presentations and interviews to passionately educate and inspire healthy living in the modern world in a way that is realistic and easily to implement for everyone.
